This is a testimonial from a lady who started out as a FSBO (for sale by owner) and who later became our client and friend:
I had a three month span in which to sell my property and being in a prominent location set off down the 'sale by owner' route. There was a bit of interest, a few viewings, no offers and six weeks down the route. Panic set in so I appointed Barbie and Shay as Realtors. Things started to move fast. A few pertinent suggestions to improve curb appeal, an excellent brochure, lots of advertising and open houses and plenty of feed back.
Ten days after appointing them an acceptable offer was made and a closing date arranged two days before I was due to leave Canada. They did a first class, professional job.
With everything signed and sealed I would have expected them to move on but no, they touch base with me regularly, drum up business for my garage sale, and help to set it up. Way over and above the call of duty! I look upon them both as personal friends now and if I get the opportunity to return to Canada I'll be signing them up to find me a new home knowing that they will not waste my time showing me unsuitable properties.
