We met Barbie and Shay through a process of listing our house for sale by owner. After a couple of months and during the spring, the market became very saturated with other listings; we realized we needed more exposure and help so we decided to hire a Real Estate agent.
After talking to Barbie and Shay and a few other Sunshine Coast Realtors they’ve come across as a very professional efficient and eager to work. Yes, we had our doubts, they were “new on the block”, but once we started to work together we knew we made a right choice.
From the very first day, they’ve helped us with staging the house, taking great professional photos, attention to details, worked tirelessly hosting every weekend open-houses, being present at every showing we had. We felt we didn’t have to worry about strangers going through our house, we knew we were in good hands.
Their work ethic to get feedback from clients that showed interest in the house was great and they’ve certainly raised the bar for customer service for Real Estate agents on the Coast.
Communication was excellent, we were informed and updated on the progress, had an immediate feedback after each showing or open house.
Overall, their services were superb, they sold our house in a very difficult market and through the whole process we’ve developed a great personal relationship.
