It is Monday morning after a busy and interesting weekend. On Sunday, I was at the Davis Bay Beach to walk by the seashore and enjoy a Starbucks Vanilla Latte. On my way back, as I walked off of the beach, I say a seal pup. It was lying alone, beached up on the rocks and was so young that it still had its umbilical cord attached. It talked to me and seemed to want a mommy! After many phone calls to police, the wildlife people, the Vancouver aquarium emergency line and others, the conservation office and police came to take care of the pup. Hopefully the mom was waiting out in the sea for the tide to come back in but just in case that didn't happen, the conservation officer would then take the pup to the Vancouver aquarium. it was a beautiful seal pup and just another lovely day on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia.
We have a few Open Houses this weekend. The momentum is definitely building. We have many people in and out of homes who were saying that the see that now is the time to buy as the prices are reasonable, there is much to choose from, and sellers are generally motivated. We had excellent feedback on the homes and on the market place in general.
We will be happy to show you why we love the Sunshine Coast of BC and to find for you the home and property that you are looking for. Please feel free to contact us and also to share our blog with your friends and family who would like to know more about our lovely Sunshine Coast.
